Dealing with anxiety and panic can be difficult and trying ordeal
In the moment, it can be very overwhelming with the tight chest.The labored breathing the cycling thoughts
But with the right tools, we can all overcome these obstacles.
Below, I will list a few different ways that you can find calmness and peace and tranquility within yourself and center yourself so that the things that are affecting your emotional well-being are not as difficult to face.
As I list these techniques, I will also give you a few ideas on what the Phoenix does, and when facing these things.
The first one of these, perhaps the simplest 1 is distraction.

Distraction does not solve the root problem, but it does give you a chance to step away from it and lower the emotional impact.
Listening to music, reading a good book, playing an instrument or even leaving the situation and going for a walk. We’ll all help.
Once you have reached a somewhat better state of peace within yourself, you then need to look at the root cause and begin to try to solve it.
The second technique that I have learned is grounding.
Not the grounding, you do to your children. When they need discipline, but doing grounding yourself to the physical world around you.
A common example of grounding is standing barefoot on the grass, feeling the tickle of the grass on your feet and the coolness or the dampness, or the dryness of that grass.
Concentrate on the textures. Sounds and feelings of the things around you. The birds Chirping the crickets, the feel of The Rocks or the wind in your face and the way your hair moves within it.
This helps you to center yourself and become one with the world around you. And it is important to sense the physical things. The sounds the smells and the tastes. It is also important to not rely on your eyes for grounding. Going to the beach and feeling the sand between your toes. Listening to the waves and feel the water. Hitting your feet and the Sun baking your skin. These are all ways to ground yourself. Once grounded, you will feel some of the tension. The anxiety and the panic slipping away.
The third way to help lower anxiety and panic and stress is emotional release.
With emotional release, we are letting go of the negative energies and the negative vibrations around us. an example of your emotional release could be singing very loudly or playing? Your conga drum like Daniel.1Phoenix does.
There are people who do not like music though. So a physical release of your emotional energy is a good way too sit-ups. Push-ups walking running swimming, whatever you can do that. Let’s out that energy.
In many cases, once you have released that negative energy and anxiety, you feel a little bit empty like a balloon deflated.
This is where the fourth technique comes in in an important way.
Self-love It’s an important step in handling tension and panic and anxiety.
This is difficult because it means you have to put yourself firstThis is difficult because it means you have to put yourself first.
Having a shower, shaving, brushing your hair, trimming your nails, even getting your housework done and deep breathing are all forms of self-love. teach yourself to love yourself unconditionally. You are amazing, you are wonderful. You are perfect the way you are. Has the universe intended? Once you love yourself, you can move on to the next step. This one can be challenging too. And that’s what it is challenging your own thoughts.
If you are having negative thoughts, challenge them.
Will how I feel now make a difference tomorrow or next week or next month or next year?
Ask yourself, what proof is there to support my thought? What proof is there against my thoughts?
If you asked a close friend or family member, would they think the same way that you are about yourself? Probably not.
Now you are putting into control techniques that help you to understand where the tension may be coming from, and that you can rise up above it like a Phoenix into the sky.
The final step is 2, reach your higher self.
Your higher spiritual self is in tune with the universe and is extremely powerful.
Helping someone else in need or visualizing and meditating in a way to achieve a balance and a grounded sense of well-being.
Sensing or listening to the communications from the universe, the downloads, all of those spiritual healing type things, that is your higher self, and that is, you.
With practice, all these techniques will help and you will find yourself sleeping. Better eating healthier exercising more, and you will have a general better sense of well-being.
